I had a very unusual problem and was very worried. It involved the replacement of broken ceramic tile. The person on the phone was very polite and empathetic about the details of my problem. When I arived a very nice calm man, Gordon understood and resolved my problem. I would recommend Export Flooring Services because they didn't treat me like a number. They are a professional company.

Gilbert and his team are very knowledgeable and really friendly. Gilbert was very helpful in guiding us through the entire experience, and his team are top quality at what they do. Top notch customer service!!! We really enjoyed working with them and we are so happy with our new carpets and wood flooring. We will definitely use their service again in the future!!!

Gilbert is very professional as well as the installers. The carpet came out beautiful and they took their time and didn’t rush the installation. They were clean and precise. I gave Gilbert the job because when speaking with him he said God bless you and that meant a lot to me. I highly recommend Expert Flooring and will use them again in the future.
