He walked us thru the process, patiently answered all our questions (at all hours of the day), and his team (Jose and Jose) did great work. They had to prep the floor and took the time to level the concrete foundation that our builder Chesmar failed to do. They didn’t rush to get it done, made sure the work was done right, and flooring installed well. Thank you guys for making our home feel like new!

We looked for a cost effective, attractive / resilient flooring solution for our kitchen and adjoining dining room ~500 sq.ft. Gilbert represents a variety of quality manufacturers and we chose a luxury vinyl plank product from Engineered Floors - which offers state of the art High Def PureGrain Direct Digital Print. We elected to demo the existing tile to avoid an elevated threshold into the living room (for safety purposes). The "dustless" demo (vented well into the front yard) crew completed the demo/cleanup/haul off within 6 hours. Flooring installers completed installation (including new primed quarter round) in one day (48 hrs later) allowing the new flooring to first acclimate to our home. The job was on schedule and a complete success - very pleased with the outcome.
